- State of the Neighborhood (Finances & Dues): Expense trends, the increased 2026 assessment, and a quick reserve-policy preview with quarterly reporting.
- Board Development & Representation: Nomination/vote for trustees and a Members-at-Large model to ensure geographic representation.
- 2026 Plans, Projects & Committees:
- Beautification & Tree Plan Committee: canopy health, native plantings, staged tree work, storm readiness.
- Indenture Updates Committee: Over 30 years old, they require modernization.
- Neighborhood Events: Interest Check and Small Events Crew Recruitment.
- Operations & Partnerships: Brief updates on landscaping/irrigation/signage, utilities coordination, county liaison items, and community partners.
- Communications: Email list, Facebook, website, and quarterly update cadence.
- Open Q&A: Residents’ Questions and Input. We want to hear from you!
- Closing & Next Steps: Plans are already being made for our Q1 in-person HOA meeting.
