Ameren, HOA Meeting and HOA Indentures!

Dear Neighbors,

We hope this message finds you well and that you are enjoying this beautiful weather! We have a few updates that impact us all. As always, if you have any questions or suggestions, please let us know.

Ameren Work Update

Unfortunately, Ameren’s project, which involves laying new power lines, has disrupted some of our yards and the overall aesthetic of our neighborhood. We understand the concerns about the appearance and duration of the work.

Earlier this week, we spoke with Clint, the construction lead. The delay was due to the crews being redirected to address emergency situations arising from recent storms. The good news, he anticipates the crews returning as early as next week to move forward with connecting pipes with one another, connecting them to the transformers, and pulling the new electric wires. This will require additional digging in some areas. The project is expected to be completed by October.

We were assured that all affected yards will be restored to your satisfaction. Initial repairs will include smoothing out the areas and seeding with hay. If you feel your yard needs more extensive repairs, such as sod, please contact Clint directly at (636) 375-7075 to discuss your needs. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our neighborhood’s infrastructure is updated and enhanced.

Homeowners Association Meeting Preferences Update

Thanks to everyone who shared your preferences in our recent HOA Meeting survey. Based on everyone’s feedback, we will hold two HOA meetings – one virtually and the other in person. We are working on a time and place for our next in person meeting and hope to have that update out soon.

Website Updates – HOA Indentures and County Ordinances

We continue to work on our new website and recently posted our most requested document, our HOA Indentures. We also posted a link to the St. Louis County Ordinance Guidebook. Homeowners, residents and non-resident owners can review the update and access both documents here myridgemont.com/bylaws-and-ordinances.

Thank you for reading this month’s newsletter. As always, if you have any questions or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to email [email protected].
