County Support, Updates and Reminders

Ridgemont Semi-Annual Meeting

The next Ridgemont Annual Meeting will be held on October 8th, 2024 at 7 p.m. To ensure better attendance and noting changes to our assessment process, this meeting will be held remotely via Zoom. We want to provide this time to explain changes, future projects, and complete a vote for HOA nominations.

You can register for this meeting by clicking the button below. Questions may also be submitted in advance, when registering. We hope to see you there!

Garden Club

We have continued interest and support in continuing the Ridgemont Garden Club. This includes upkeep and native plants for our 11 cul-de-sacs and green spaces. We generally permit $150 per circle per year. Get involved and help beautify Ridgemont!

Contact Information

We continue to update our email contact list.  If you know of new homeowners in the subdivision, please have them forward their email addresses to [email protected] or they can register on our website here.  Also, please send us any new or changed email addresses.

Deer Thinning

15 deer (2 buck, 13 doe) were harvested from Ridgemont by Suburban Bowhunters in 2023.  Deer thinning through Suburban Bowhunters will continue this winter.  Please note that deer hunting is only permitted during certain times as set by the Missouri Department of Conservation.  Our efforts to reduce the deer population are limited to these times.  Hunting on the common ground by any other party is prohibited.

Trees Along Streets

The trees between the sidewalk and street in front of houses are in St. Louis County property, not Ridgemont common ground.  For dead, damaged, or downed trees in this area, please contact St. Louis County for support.

Sidewalks and Roads

St. Louis County Public Works repaired and patched Ridgemont streets and sidewalks in late 2022. Any resident can request repairs to sidewalks and roads, which are all St. Louis County property.  Requests for these repairs can also be made at the St. Louis County Portal: https://csportal.stlouiscountymo.gov/disposition/200.

Thank you

As always, we thank you for your time and commitment to our neighborhood. If you have any questions or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to email [email protected].
