Dear Neighbors,
We hope this message finds you well. We have two quick updates and a request for your input that will help the HOA Board better serve our community. As always, we appreciate your support.

Again, we thank you in advance for your input.
Drive Safely: School’s Out and Kids Are About
As the school year comes to a close and our streets become busier with children enjoying their summer freedom, it is crucial for everyone driving through Ridgemont Subdivision to recommit to safe driving practices. The excitement of summer can easily distract young minds, which means as adults, we must be extra vigilant while driving.
We remind all residents and visitors to adhere to the 25 mph speed limit within our neighborhood and to come to a complete stop at all stop signs. These simple actions can make a significant difference in preventing accidents and ensuring that our community remains a safe haven for our children to play and explore.
Let’s all do our part to keep the joy of summer uninterrupted by avoidable tragedies.
Ameren to Wrap Up Work
We’ve all continued to watch Ameren (Boretech) making updates in our neighborhood, which will reduce outages and speed up outage responses when they occur. You can read more about their widescale improvements to the Missouri grid here: https://www.ameren.com/missouri/residential/reliability.
The good news is that they will soon be wrapping up work in our neighborhood and begin to repair the impacted areas. If you have questions about your yard, please direct them to Ameren.
Thank you for reading this month’s newsletter. As always, if you have any questions or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to email [email protected].
