Dear Residents,
Over the past few years, our homeowners association (HOA) has focused on building a strong foundation to better serve our community. We are committed to maintaining this momentum by addressing key neighborhood priorities and developing a strong and effective board as we move forward. To support this goal, we seek volunteers to join our board or as members-at-large to assist with neighborhood initiatives.
These are critical roles, and if left unfilled, will hamper our ability to effectively maintain neighborhood standards and manage community projects.
Open Board Positions (Estimated Time Commitment: 2-3 Hours/Month:
- Vice President: Assist the President, help lead HOA meetings, and support community initiatives.
- Secretary: Record meeting minutes, manage HOA communications, and maintain important documents.
- Treasurer: Oversee financial matters, including budgeting and expense tracking.
Volunteer Opportunities: Initiative Committees (Estimated Time Commitment: 2-3 Hours/Month):
- Traffic & Safety Committee: This short term committee will provide recommendations to address speeding and other traffic concerns to ensure a safer environment for everyone.
- Beautification Planning Committee: This committee will collaborate on developing a five-year beautification plan to enhance the aesthetics and value of our neighborhood.
Each committee seeks Members-at-Large to provide input, support projects, and represent the interests of fellow residents. This is a great opportunity to build on our established structure, get involved, meet neighbors, and make a lasting impact!
